A banda, que det\u00e9m os direitos da capa do disco, processou a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Andy Warhol em janeiro deste ano acusando-a de &#8220;uso indevido&#8221; por ter licenciado a imagem para uma linha de capas para iPhone. Mas a briga se arrasta desde 2009, quando a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o acusou a banda de infringir os direitos autorais ao usar a imagem em outros produtos sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via.
